RETURN & CANCELLATION: REPORTS: Customers are requested to exercise due discretion and care while ordering reports, because once the report has been allocated to an astrologer for processing, no refund requests will be entertained. However, if you wish to cancel an order for a report, you can do so within one hour of placing the order, in which case you will have to e-mail our customer care team at support@bestastrologyinindia.com The delivery time-frames displayed on our website are approximate, but we make every effort to strictly adhere to them. However, since these reports are personalized and manually prepared by our astrologers, sometimes human delays may become inevitable. Minor delays which are considered reasonable will not be treated as a basis for refunds. Also, refund requests for incorrect data provided by customers will not be entertained under any circumstances. You are therefore requested to double-check your data before providing it to us. Still, if you e-mail us at support@bestastrologyinindia.com within an hour of ordering the report, we will consider making the appropriate changes. DETAILED TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCTS: 1) The product to be prospectively returned or replaced should be in it’s original, unused condition. 2) The product will be returned or replaced only after a company’s Quality Assurance department inspects and checks it and finds it undamaged and in the original state. 3) If the product is found to be altered, resized (by a Jeweller other than the company), damaged due to neglect or improper use, then it won’t be covered under our Return and Replacement Policy. 4) The customer who wishes to get their product returned or replaced should also provide various documents related to the purchase like original lab certificate, copy of invoice, packaging, documentation, etc 5) Shipping charges incurred during the sale of product are non-refundable. 6) Return shipment will have to be borne by the customer. 7) In case the customer cannot provide the original lab certificate(s), the company will send the product to the lab for recertification to check the product. This additional charges incurred, shall not be refunded in the return payment. 8) Payment refund process will start once we receive the product at our address. Please note that it may take 7 – 10 days for your return amount to be reflected in your bank accounts and credit card records (Note: Duration also depends on your bank account & credit cards). 9) In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes used during the original purchase, the buyback/upgrade amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable. 10) In case of upgrade/exchange, if the value of new product is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. Note: Degrade/Exchange of lesser value product is not applicable. 11) In case of buyback, upgrade/exchange and 7 days return policy – taxes incurred by the customer at the time of first purchase will not be considered. Note: For upgrade/exchange customer will have to pay the taxes as applicable.
